During this workshop we will explore 5 Monroe Sound exercises, each will give you the opportunity to explore difference aspects of yourself. You will explore deep relaxation Gratitude Forgiveness Discover how Superlove is ever present Release old patterns and recharge Create and activate your new story An introduction to the principles of conscious co-creating, designed to assist us in manifesting a world in alignment with the highest vibration NOW. During this event, you will develop a more active awareness of what you think, imagine and envision. Assisted by Monroe Sound® technology, a special affirmation and guided meditation, you have the opportunity to discover new perspectives and collaborate to design a vision aligned with our highest potential.
